1. About the Programme
PrajniX Praxis is an industry internship programme connecting students with experienced mentors on real-world software projects. By registering, you agree to participate in good faith and meet your commitments to your assigned mentor and project.
2. Eligibility
- Students must be enrolled in or have completed a recognised degree programme.
- Mentors must have relevant professional experience and pass a profile review before being activated.
- All participants must provide accurate information during registration.
3. Participant Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
- Submit weekly progress logs by the agreed deadline each week.
- Communicate proactively with their assigned mentor.
- Complete milestone deliverables to the agreed acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a professional and respectful tone in all platform communications.
Mentors are expected to:
- Review submitted weekly logs within 48 hours.
- Provide constructive, specific feedback on student work.
- Be available for at least one scheduled check-in per week.
- Sign off milestones only when acceptance criteria are genuinely met.
4. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued at the discretion of PrajniX after all milestones are signed off by the assigned mentor. Certificates may be revoked if a participant is found to have submitted work that is not their own or violated these terms.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants must maintain a respectful and professional environment. Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, or any form of dishonesty is grounds for immediate removal from the programme without a certificate.
6. Data & Privacy
We collect the minimum data needed to operate the programme — your name, email, and work submitted on the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. Profile information (name, bio, skills) may be visible to other participants on the platform. Your work may be referenced anonymously in PrajniX marketing materials unless you opt out by contacting us.
7. Intellectual Property
Work you produce during the programme remains yours. By participating you grant PrajniX a non-exclusive right to showcase your project (title, description, outcome) as an example of programme output. You retain full ownership and may publish your work freely.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the programme evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance.
